The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Lawyer with at least 4 years’ PQE to join a dynamic and supportive team.

The role involves advising on the finance aspects of real estate-backed transactions, acting for a broad range of clients including major banks, debt funds, insurers, developers, investors, and blue-chip property companies.

You’ll work alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on high-quality transactions across a variety of asset classes, including development finance, hotel finance, Islamic finance, and mezzanine finance.

Key sectors include student accommodation, PRS, logistics, offices, and hotels & leisure.

Key Requirements

UK qualified lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience

Strong academic credentials
Extensive experience in real estate finance transactions
Strong drafting and technical skills in finance law

Commercially aware, detail-focused, and proactive
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Able to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude
