Legal Link Recruitment are seeking an experienced and empathetic Divorce Solicitor to join a respected West London practice. This role is ideal for a solicitor with a strong background in family law, particularly divorce and financial remedy matters, who thrives in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of divorce and matrimonial finance matters.
• Advising clients on divorce proceedings, financial settlements, and child arrangements.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including petitions, consent orders, and agreements.
• Representing clients in court and at hearings where required.
• Providing practical, clear, and compassionate advice tailored to individual client needs.

Desirable skills & experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with a current Practising Certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in divorce and family law.
• Strong knowledge of financial remedy proceedings and child arrangement orders.
• Excellent client care skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
