Legal Link Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Locum Childcare Solicitor to join a highly regarded London practice. This role is ideal for an experienced solicitor with a strong background in childcare law, keen to work on complex and sensitive cases in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of childcare matters, including care proceedings and child protection cases.
• Advocating in court and liaising with clients, social services, and other stakeholders.
• Drafting legal documents, statements, and applications.
• Providing clear, compassionate, and practical advice to clients.

Desirable skills & experience:

• Qualified Solicitor with a current Practising Certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in childcare law.
• Strong advocacy skills and ability to manage complex cases.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
