Our client, a top-tier law firm, is looking for a Managing Associate (6+ PQE) to join their Financial Services M&A team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead key workstreams, support partners on high-profile transactions, and play an active role in business development.

About the Team

Tier 1 rated and market-leading in financial services, retail, real estate, energy, and healthcare.

Advises on 200+ deals annually across 40+ jurisdictions.
Clients include major UK and international banks, fintechs, insurers, asset managers, and private capital firms.

The Role

Lead and deliver on key transaction workstreams.
Support partners and collaborate across practice areas.
Participate in business development and help grow client relationships.
Deliver practical, commercially minded, and high-quality advice.

About You

Senior associate with 6+ years PQE, ideally with experience in financial services M&A.
Client-focused, commercially aware, and proactive.
Confident working independently in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Ambitious and motivated to progress to Managing Associate level.
