Real Estate Paralegal – Leading London Law Firm

Legal Link Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Paralegal to join a prestigious London law firm. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly regarded property team, supporting senior lawyers on a wide range of high-value real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and reviewing real estate documents such as leases, contracts, and title reports.
• Conducting legal research and property due diligence.
• Assisting with transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Managing confidential client information with accuracy and professionalism.

Desirable skills & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or relevant field (paralegal qualification preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in real estate/property law.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of case management systems (e.g., Clio or iManage) desirable.
